Eligibility Checkpoints for Refund
To ensure fairness for both coach and client, the following checkpoints must be completed before a refund request can be considered:
Full Session Attendance
You must have attended all scheduled coaching sessions in your package. If rescheduling was needed, prior notice and a mutual agreement were required.Engagement in Assigned Practices
This includes completing any self-reflection exercises, integration practices, journaling, or action steps agreed upon during sessions.Willingness to Communicate Challenges During the Process
If at any point the coaching did not feel aligned, we ask that you voiced your concerns during the journey — allowing us the opportunity to course-correct or adjust.Completion of Program Feedback Form
A short feedback form must be completed to help us understand your experience and continuously improve our service.Refund Request Submitted Within 7 Days of Final Session

How to Request a Refund
If you meet the above criteria and still feel that your coaching experience did not support your intentions or goals, please email us with your refund request and a brief description of your experience. We will respond within 5 business days.

Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy (Applies to All Services)
An appointment counts as “attended” only when it is completed. Rescheduling does not count as attending.
You may reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing lily@divedeeperholisticwellness.com.
Cancellations or reschedule requests with less than 48 hours’ notice are treated as late cancellations and may be considered not completed.
No-shows are considered not completed.
