About Me

Hello! My name is Lily, and welcome to Dive Deeper Holistic Wellness — a space for those who are ready to stop chasing surface-level solutions and begin exploring what’s really influencing their well-being.

My journey began in nursing school, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing and learned the conventional medical approach to chronic disease, which often focuses on managing symptoms through medications. While these treatments can be helpful and necessary, I found myself curious about what might be missing from the bigger picture.

After graduating and working in the hospital, I saw this play out every day. Many people were doing their best to manage symptoms without ever being supported in understanding the underlying factors contributing to how their bodies were functioning. That’s when I felt called to help people dive deeper — to better understand their bodies, patterns, and lifestyle influences so they could feel more supported from the inside out.

This work became deeply personal through my own experience with cystic acne. For years, I focused on surface-level solutions until I learned how blood sugar balance, nutrition, and daily habits can influence the body in powerful ways. As I began paying attention to how certain foods affected me, how meal timing mattered, and how simple habits — like walking after meals — supported steadier blood sugar, I noticed meaningful changes in both my skin and overall well-being.

That experience sparked a deeper curiosity about how blood sugar balance can influence the body as a whole. Along the way, I’ve explored how factors such as nutrition, sleep, sunlight, hydration, environment, and daily routines can play an important role in how we feel day to day.

I’m truly honored to support you on your personal wellness journey — helping you gain clarity, build awareness, and create sustainable habits that support long-term well-being rather than quick fixes.

While I am a registered nurse, the services offered through this practice are provided in a coaching and educational capacity and are not medical or nursing care. Coaching is meant to support you alongside your relationship with your healthcare providers, not replace it.
